I am also a decedent of Joseph Armstrong Sr. He is my great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather. I am in the Thomas Sr line. I ran across another person within John Armstrong's line. His name is Will Walker Howard Jr. The link to his site is below. I followed it through Maximillian and John W. (Woodson) Armstrong until I got lost. You may know him. I am looking for an Armstrong family crest. There are so many fakes out on the internet so I'm not sure where to turn. Do you have any ideas? We are celebrating our 78th annual Armstrong family reunion this summer in IL and I'd like to have the crest engraved into a plaque for display.
